Anetta’s life began on June 9, 1940 in El Dorado. She is the daughter of John M. and Iva L. (Snyder) Martin. Anetta was united in marriage to Manford Moore, Sr. in June of 1959. She was the co-owner of M and M Trucking of El Dorado, and worked for many years for Avon becoming a team leader and group coordinator. Anetta was an active member in the El Dorado Saddle Club and served as its treasurer. She had the unique talent of yodeling which served her well walking home from school by scaring off wildlife. Anetta was the matriarch of her family, raising their children and providing a good home. Her loving family includes her children Mary (Art) Thomison of El Dorado, Tina (Tracy) Bale of Latham, Bonnie (Erick) Dahl of El Dorado and Fred (Stephanie) Moore of El Dorado and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anetta passed away at her home on June 23, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Manford “Butch” Moore, Jr. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Carlson Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in Sunset Lawns Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the Harry Hynes Hospice.
