Jessica’s life began on February 11, 1984, the daughter of Frederick and Randy (Collins) Solis at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Jessica graduated from Bluestem High School in 2002 and Wichita State with her RN/BSN degree in 2006. She married Ryan Knoll on May 19, 2006. He preceded her in death in 2014.

Jess was a deep thoughtful person, brilliant, adventurous, and had a real zeal for life. She was a caregiver, artistic, loved books, ancient history and civilization, sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, crafts and loved her dogs.

Her loving family includes her parents, Fred and Randy Solis of El Dorado; fiancé, Erik Buck of Wichita; brothers, Adam Solis (Sheryl) of El Dorado, Clint Solis (Jessica) of Derby; sister, Anna Solis of El Dorado; nephews, Conner and Apollo Solis. Jessica passed away, on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at her home in Wichita, having reached the young age of 33 years old.

Her family will gather with friends for an informal memorial service on Saturday, April 29, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kirby-Morris Reception Center at 224 W. Ash in El Dorado.
