Bobby’s life began on July 3, 1968 in Wichita. He is the son of Bobby R. and Mable Virginia (Thomison) Hale. He graduated from Wichita Heights High School and attended college at Wichita State University. Bobby was employed by Spirit Aerosystems as a sheet metal mechanic. When he was not working, Bobby loved to hunt. He enjoyed fishing, boating, his “toys” and riding horses when he was younger. His greatest joy was his family which includes his daughters Meagan Hale of Augusta and Savannah Hale of El Dorado; his sister Rebecca Tharp of Augusta, his uncle Art (Mary) Thomison of El dorado, numerous nieces and nephews and girlfriend Charlene Smith. Bobby passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday December 13, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Sherry Hale, Linda Hale and Pamela Olsen. His family will gather with friends on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the Kirby Morris Funeral Home. His funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Carlson Colonial Chapel led by Pastor Steve Weldon of Hope Community Church. Bobby will be laid to rest in Reece Cemetery following the service. Memorial contributions in Bobby’s name may be directed to Kirby Morris Funeral Home in care of Meagan and Savannah Hale.
