Charlotte’s life began January 18, 1931 in El Dorado. She is the daughter of Frank and Mildred (Sutter) Boss. Charlotte is a 1949 graduate of El Dorado High School. She was united in marriage to Richard Ketterman on July 28, 1962 in Wichita. Charlotte was employed by Beechcraft in Wichita for 29 years. She enjoyed all types of crafts, reading, bowling, bingo, crocheting and working in her yard. Charlotte’s greatest joy was her family which includes her husband of 55 years Richard Ketterman of Towanda; children Sandy Johnson of Yakima, WA, Harold Dunham, Jr. of Luray, KS, Brenda Thomas of El Dorado, Tammy Ketterman of Augusta and Tracy (Mike) Tucker of Towanda; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. Charlotte passed away at her home on February 7, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Donald Boss and son in law Phillip Johnson. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Walnut Valley Memorial Park. Kirby-Morris Funeral Home is serving the family.
