Clara’s life began on October 29, 1923 in Washtenaw County Michigan. She is the daughter of Walter and Olga P. (Lutz) Trinkle. She was united in marriage to Wilbert B. Zogleman on June 15, 1945 in New York State and the couple enjoyed 44 years of marriage. Clara worked for Century Plastics in El Dorado before she went to work in the Leon Schools as “the baker”. Her homemade cinnamon rolls were amazing. She worked for Leon Schools for 40 years. She was a faithful parishioner of St. John’s Catholic Church and enjoyed activities at the Leon Senior Center. Clara was a quilter, she enjoyed going gambling, camping, pampering her dogs, socializing with friends, playing cards and boating but her greatest joy was her family. She was the loving mother to Mike (Kathy) Zogleman of College Springs, IA, Diane Zogleman of Leon, Deb (Craig) Elliott of Sedgwick, Willie (Debra) Zogleman of Leon, Denise Karst of Towanda, Bernie Zogleman of Murfreesboro, TN, Tom ( Mary) Zogleman of Lehigh, and Bill (Vonnie) Rosenstein of Tyler, TX; wonderful grandmother to Allen, Michael, Bob, Lindsay, Kaitlyn, Michelle, Heath, Hannah, Nathan, Deric, Marshall, Lucas, Kristen, Brandon, Jason, Caleb, Zachary, Nathaniel, Rachael, Jordan and Kyle; special great grandmother to 31 and loving aunt to several nieces and nephews. Clara passed away on August 12, 2017 at Homestead of El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister, a grandson Willis and a great granddaughter Jillian. Clara’s family will gather with friends on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Kirby Morris Funeral Home. Rosary service will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday followed by 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John’s Catholic Church led by Father Brian Bebak. Clara will be laid to rest in Leon Cemetery.
