Imogene Anderson

Imogene’s life began on March 10, 1927 in El Dorado; the daughter of Clyde and Jerlidena (Miller) Gnagey. She was united in marriage to Harold J. Anderson on December 24, 1946 in El Dorado. Imogene faithfully attended the First Christian Church in El Dorado. She enjoyed bowling and working crossword puzzles. Her greatest joy in life was her family which includes her children Bronna (Eugene) Stafford of Goddard and Kevin (Renae) Anderson of McPherson; grandchildren Shaid Hermann of Derby, Ciera Hermann of Derby, Brett Anderson of Wichita; great grandchildren Zoe, Ella, HarleyJane and Otto; and sister Virginia Hulsey of Los Alamitos of California. Imogene passed away on June 30, 2019 at her home in El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her husband Harold in 2005, daughter Dena L. Anderson, grandson Justin Anderson, brother Bob Gnagey and her parents. Friends may gather with the family from 2-4 on Sunday July 7 at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 11am at the First Christian Church. Imogene will be laid to rest at Sunset Lawns Cemetery in El Dorado.
