Ralph Lee Cousins Jr

Ralph died 15 Nov. 2012 after his battle with cancer. Ralph was born on 21 Aug. 1961 at Amarillo AirForce base TX; the son of Ralph L. Cousins Sr. and Melba (Wike Cousins) Staats. Ralph proudly served his country in the USAF and Army National Guard which included three tours in Iraq. He retired after 30 yrs. of combined service. Ralph was united in marriage to Lisa (Fraze) Fulcher USN Ret. on 4 July 2014 in Augusta, KS. They shared a retirement, with a passion for the outdoors, living in their RV mostly at El Dorado Lake. His family inclues his wife, Lisa; daughters Heather (Jason) Mackenzie, Katelin Cousins and Kierra Fulcher; grand-daughters Olivia and Riley; mother Melva (Harold) Staats; siblings Richard Allen (Kim) Cousins and Lyndall Cousins; nephews, nieces and many grand nephews & nieces. He is preceded in death by his father Ralph L. Cousins Sr. and his previous wife M. Delane Cousins. Come join his family for his viewing 5-7 pm on Sunday 26 Nov. at Carlson Colonial Funeral Home at El Dorado, KS. There will be a graveside service at Winfield Veterans Cemetery on Monday, 27 Nov. at 1 pm with full military honors. Memorial contributions in his name may be directed to American Cancer Society.
