Our heartfelt condolences to the Chase family after the
loss of Richard. We enjoyed our every encounter with him. He always had stories to share from his many experiences and accomplishments, but seemed even more eager to learn something new. He was kind and had the kind of integrity that spoke volumes about his character.

We are so very sorry for your loss! What a wonderful, kind man! I remember when I started working for the bank when it was First National. Your father always went out of his way to talk to every employee that worked at the bank. Even later when I had not seen him for years and then caught him at the bank when he was going to a board meeting, he always would come across the room and speak with me. Always remembered my name! What a wonderful man!

Mr. and Mrs. Chase always let me hunt and fish on their land. That was so important to me in Jr. High, High School and thereafter. It left a lifelong impact on me. My condolences to the Chase family and may God find him at peace in Heaven.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. I didn't know Richard or his family personally but my great-aunt, Ruth Crawford, would see them in the store and talk with them. I'd take her to the bank for business and she would see a family member and chat with them about what was happening in their lives. As much as I miss Aunt Ruth, I know you will miss Richard. There will be a void in your lives that will never go away but will soften as time goes on. My deepest sorrow.
