Retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant William Ulmer passed away at his home on November 14, 2018. He was born on July 8, 1939 in Newton, NJ to Charles and Dorothy (Smith) Ulmer. He is survived by his wife Edith Ulmer of El Dorado, son Michael (Shenandoah), daughter Lisa and two grandchildren. William will be laid to rest at Leavenworth National Cemetery with full military honors at a later date.
