I remember when Norman first came to Lakepoint he was very depressed and wanted to go home. I did my best to make him feel comfortable and like he was home. I also remember getting him to smile and laugh for the first time at lakepoint and he told me thanks cause he hadn't done that in a long time. I also remember when they moved him from west side to east he didn't want to go cause I didn't work that side, it broke my heart to see him so unhappy and I tried to go see him on the days I worked and I seemed to always cheer him up. I went and seen him back in December shortly after Christmas and he told me then that he wasn't gonna be around much longer cause his favorite aide didn't work there anymore and I said who was that and he looked up at me and said well you of course sweetheart. With that said prayers for the family sorry I can't make to his service due to work and short notice but rest in piece Norman you were one of my favorite residents love and miss you big guy.

I just viewed the wonderful video of Uncle Norman and it made me smile. I have many happy memories of Aunt Barbara and him! I know that you will miss him, but praise God, he is home!!
